For a full refund, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date and be in its original, unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. All items returned/shipped to our fulfillment center must include an Return Merchandise Authorization Number supplied by a BigandStrong.com Customer Service Representative. This RMA# is necessary to determine refund eligibility.
In cases of manufacturer defect, an incorrect product, or an item damaged during shipping/transit – a shipping return box will be mailed to you to facilitate your free return.
In cases where a customer wishes to return an item for a different style or product the customer is responsible for return shipping. However, if the item you ordered doesn’t fit and you want to exchange it for the identical item in a different size, shipping is on us. Simply fill out a return form using the link below and be sure to tell us the size you ordered and the size you wish to exhange for.
